Marty R. Lipsey D.D.S., M.S. Marty R. Lipsey, D.D.S., M.S., has been an innovator, educator and leader for over 25 years. Raised in Southern California, Dr. Lipsey attended U.C.L.A. for both his undergraduate studies and to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Lipsey received his Specialty Certificate in Endodontics and a Master of Science degree from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Lipsey has taught at the Northwestern University Dental School, University of Southern California School of Dentistry and the University of California at San Francisco School of Dentistry. Throughout and after his dental studies, Dr. Lipsey became an active member of the International Association of Dental Students. Over a period of more than 20 years, Dr. Lipsey attended international meetings of the I.A.D.S. where he both lectured and studied. In recognition of his professional contributions, Dr. Lipsey has been honored by induction as a life member to this prestigious organization. Through his international dental experience, Dr. Lipsey has been able to assist patients by incorporating many advanced concepts into the treatment planning process. Dr. Lipsey is an active member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and has completed advanced course studies with that Academy. Dr. Lipsey has over 25 years experience working within a multi-specialty practice environment and plays an active role in treatment planning and through the course of treatment.
Dr. Floyd J. Cawthon III Dr. Floyd J. Cawthon III was raised in Southern California and attended the University of California at Santa Barbara for his undergraduate education. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Howard University College of Dentistry. He was trained and received his Orthodontic Specialty Certificate from Louisiana State University Medical Center. Dr. Cawthon is board eligible with the American Board of Orthodontics and has over 25 years of appliance therapy experience. He has a special interest in improving the dental and sleep health of teens as well as adults Dr. Cawthon has done advanced study at the prestigious Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York and has been a Clinical Instructor at the University of Southern California in the Cleft Palate Division at Rancho Los Amigos Hospital. He has also completed a Residency in Dental Sleep Medicine at UCLA. Dr. Cawthon is an active member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
